The diagram videos revolve around subject positions in communicative as well as artistic-creative processes. In Model of the Figure (2005), the artist reflects in an academic-style lecture on the fragile status of the self in autofictional narratives. She explains her speculative theory by way of a diagram that serves as a model for the communication with the public. In so doing, the performative gesture is not conceived for a live situation, but clearly scripted; the main figure thus stages her own figure.
